Very clean. Acurate sound. Nice center frequency for the bass level. Anti-skip works very well.

Button's are not as easy to use as I would like but, not easily bumped either.

Great sounding unit! It's clean. S/N ratio is hi enough that I can't tell it's on between songs! I like the bass boost but, I only use the first level, it starts to sound muddy on the second level. It has a 'in cord' volume level capabilty, but I don't use it. I bought the Sony Futopia's and my ear's are very happy with the combo. It flat out rocks! I listen to classical music with this set up as well and it is just as happy that way too. I really can't tell much difference between this and my car stereo:) The bass is as good, only I can't feel it. I am very surprised just how long it will play on 2 AA's.
