Strength:

Sound and features. SBM and 48Khz sampling rate frequency.

Weakness:

Design?

Fabulous piece of equipment. Recordings done at 48Khz with Super Bit Mapping on ( analog source ) are of unsurpassed clarity and detail. There is no audible noise or jitter of any kind and the sound is very precise with deep authoritative bass. Sources recorded include among others a Rega P2 fitted with Simuko cartridge and Musical Fidelity phono stage. If you are thinking about buying a recorder of any kind, buy a DAT machine.
