This is the worse product ever. I bought 3 of themat Christmas for my boys and we have not been able to put any music on any of them. My computer does not have the correct driver to recognize the MP550 and I have contacted Coby 5 times. 3 by e-mail with no reponse and 2 times by phone and I get put on eternal hold and then the phone disconnectes.
