I have owned 3 zunes, the latest being the 120 gig.the last two crashed and lost all data,both were under warranty.Contacted customer support to learn that I will be receiving a refurbished one.However I did not purchase a refurbished when the original one was bought.So their going to replace a new zune that crashed with one that has had previous problems.This sucks,for as I'm concerned zune can stick their products where the sun dont shine,a monkey mouth u know what.Stay away from zune!
