Software - buggy, missing .dll and .inf files from installation software, 6 hours on the phone with tech support to resolve issues, crashed puter 15 times in 2 days.

Run for your lives!!!!!!!!!!! What a mess. Sony screwed up big-time with this product. They know their software is buggy and doesn't work well with windows and they know they have some hardware issues but will not address it.
