Excellent Build Quality & Finish, Piano Black Is Stunning. Sound quality is one of the best in the mini-monitor class also one
of the few speakers that is not bi-wireable and doesn't need to be. The all important speaker elements are first rate also.

The binding posts are not banana plug ready. The bass response is lacking in some respects but that is to be expected. Mate these with a sub, sit back and enjoy!

The Haydn's are excellent speakers not to be overlooked at $995. There are better speakers out there but few have this quality of imaging and build. A secret to save big bucks on speaker cable for these is to use Radio Shack megacable 12AWG and you will be surprised at the sound of this low cost option. I've been into audio for 20 years and the Haydn's are a real find.
