First of all, I got an awesome deal on this speaker. I bought on Ebay for $149 brand new. Now that is a deal! I did not even have to bid. I bought it right out with the Buy it Now option because it was a steal. It ususally retails for $300. Here is a little secret. You don't even have to get on Ebay to get a deal like mine. Just go to thie guy's website who sold it on ebay at http://www.audiovideoman.com and buy it there. I am talking serious savings here on all kinds of audio components. You will not find a better price anywhere online, at stores, nowhere. Trust me, I did 2 weeks of solid research to find a deal like this. So, don't miss out. This speaker was highly recommended by my AR rep. Have the AR9's with Denon 3300 AVR and Denon 3700 DVD. Was using TV for center effect (yes, I know, dumb), addition of this unit has been fabulous improvement - ties extremely well with AR9's in that it contains same midrange and tweeter pieces. Very happpy, especially for $200, best sound that I compared in store, to anything near its price range. Very happy!!

They have great prices on AR speakers. Anyway I had brought a pair of AR 312Ho for the main speakers in June and a pair of 208HO for the rear. After much time usng this set with a Cerwin vega center, I knew that I needed to get a center speakers that would be voice match to my other speakers.

The AR-4C is a tremendous speaker. It has a swivel base to point the speaker towards the listening area. It has a quality construction and is very efficient, as with the other AR speakers. I have a Pioneer Elite 24THX Select.

I barely have to raise the volume for this beast to sound great.

It also looks classy and will not destroy the appearance of your living room. I do wish thay had a speaker of this quality in Cherry wood, but one can only wish.

Buy it now, as you will not be disapointed.

Great clear sounds, style

Wow, I got this baby yesterday, hooked it up, and the rest is history. This center is clear, without any distortions what so ever. Kicked my sony center's A$$. Anyways, I got lucky and found this bargain on eBay for $110 including shipping, what a deal. The bass is okay, but I don't notice it, because my subwoofer takes care of that. Overall a great center for the money.
