Picked these up on sale at circuit city. Impressed by the sound. I also liked the CR67, but the 67's are rear ported and I intended to hang these on the wall. What's not well publicized is that the crc7 can be mounted vertically or horizontally with built in hardware. Also, the logo can be rotated to make it look okay. Ended up buying 3 crc7's to go with plasma. The passive bass radiator had a much better sound than trying to wall mount something with a rear port. Overall, was a good compromise for sound, style and price. Similar Products Used: Boston Acoustics CR5

Strength:
Great natural sound
Weakness:
lacks any bass or mid bass
Very good sounding center channel speaker, replace a sony duel 5.25in center. The Boston blows it away, I never knew the detail and crisp sound I was missing. Its a little short on bass and mid bass, but thats what left and right speakers and sub are for. Since buying this center channel I have replace all my sony speakers with Bostons CR series. Now my HT is sounding great especially Dobly True HD and DTS. A must buy dont let the small size full you its a great sounding speaker. Similar Products Used: Sony Model: SSCN5000 center channel
