Strength:
Gorgeous looks in black or cherry Excellent build quality Bi- wirable Oustanding sound quality. Possibly the favorite piece in my system. My system Boston VR M50's Boston Vr-MC HK AVR 520 Paradigm PDR 10 Sub Dennon DVD 1600 Audioquest GR8- bi wire
Weakness:
none Although at $600 its a bit pricey but worth it. This is the absolute prettiest center channel I have seen. I have it in cherry and have seen it in black which is also stunning. The sound is excellent as well, very detailed and smooth. I have it bi-wired with Audio Quest and dialogue on movies is true to life. Plenty of sensitivity without being bright. Perfect match with the VRM series speakers. Sound is smooth and straight forward with no coloration. Give it a listen you won't be disappointed. Strength:
Excellent soundfield. Very good looking. Great dynamic range. High quality construction
Weakness:
none that I can tell Creates a very large soundstage, especially when paired with the other Reference monitors from Boston Acoustics. This speaker is always in use in my system, from movies, to television, I always listen through my receiver. This thing is infinitely better than what I had been using, and I highly recommend checking it out. Similar Products Used: Polk Audio Center Channel |
