Great sound for it´s price

Long waiting warranty time

I got my speaker after looking for one in it´s price range, I tried sony, Acoustic research, yamaha and others and this was the most affordable, I installed it with my HT, connected to a Denon AVR 1000 Pro Logic receiver and Sony DVP 530s DVD player, I was very happy with the speaker´s performance, I used for about 5 days (weekends) for a total of 1 and a half month, when one day I tried to watch a movie and found that one of it´s main speakers was making a buzing noise, i thought that maibe this was caused by the receiver so I changed it, and tried again to found that the problem was in the speaker itself, so I took it back for warranty in the purchase site, and the person in charge of receiving it made me wait for one month for my speaker to be returned to me, finally I got it back fixed, they only replaced the damaged speaker and returned it to me, again installed it, but now with a DD/DTS JVC RX888VBK receiver, and wirth this DD configuration had seen about 10 more movies and must say that even with the fixing works great, must be said that while I was in the item warranty returning time, again searched for a replacement, in case Sam´s gave my money back, but I preferred to keep my JBL speaker, even if thy should´ve given me the money back, I should´ve bought another JBL N center.

Crisp and clear voice, beautiful style, very well finished

After extensive research I decided for JBL for my ht. The system consists in 2 N38, 2 N24, 1 PSW-D112 and the N-Center. You can't go wrong with this configuration! The audio quality of JBLs is better than some other speakers costing twice as much!

Good value for its price..

Inferior compared to the JBL "S" series

If you can spend more money go for the "S" series center speakers.
The N types sound inferior in comparison.
Overall they are far better than the sony's and the technics+KLH.
