Clearity, very natural sounding.

Little bass, but I dont think a centre needs bass.

WoW! those were the first words I can remember. I knew that the "speech" in movies is important and that it needs to be very clear and noticable, but when I used this centre I was completely stunned.
It matched perfectly with the model 2 ref speakers from Kef I use, they make a harmonic couple and for me that is very important in a HT set.
The "front" speakers should be "one" and the 100c dissapears in that set-up but still does what it have to do and that is to reproduce the dialogue like the movie intend to do.
Hats off, this is a great centre.

This has got to be the best sounding centre channel speaker I've heard. The voices are extremely natural and because of the uni Q design, it's very accurate. The bass though not that low hasn't caused me many problem because I have subs, and this speaker blends extremely well with the rest of the system.
Works well above and below the TV.

I had a chance to listen to the 200c and it had the bass but for more than double the price, I was happy with the 100c

I went into my local high-end audio shop looking for a centre speaker, and thesalesman told me he had a KEF 100 on hold for a customer who had not picked it
up in over 6 months. I had a look, and then a listen. This centre speaker is
smooth and very natural sounding, and blends perfectly with my KEF C95 mains.

The best part is that I got it at almost 50% off listed price.
