Clear sound !!!Long Lasting !!! Very well made!!! If i remembering correctly the weight is 32 lbs. I have this pared with the Klipsch RF3 11 after a long decaid of time they are sounding better then the day I hooked them up . I never bi -amped them never a a reason to. A+ in sound A+in long lasting, if i was buying used i would buy all over again asap .

There is nothing weak to say about a 32 lbs center channel speaker , if this is a weakness then size and weight, but the up side i have heard a lot of center channel over the years some big some small , i am in favor of the larger models for sound and thats what this speaker is all about the voice coming from the center speakers. So yes i couldn't find zip for a so called weakness.

I bought these as a "damaged" speaker from a dealer. the corner had a small dent. I essentially stole it. It replaced my RC-52 when I upgraded my mains to the RF-82's. This is a night and day difference between it's replacement and the energy and Paradigm speaker systems I had previously in my home theater. Now I can hear everything.

I was a Die Hard Energy fan until I auditioned the Klipsch Reference series. I find that they have the clarity and detail of the Energys , as well as the bass to assist the woofer. The horn technology truly does add depth and warmth to the soundstage, and doesn't require a lot of power from the reciever.
