Strength:
Simply put, awesome.
Weakness:
It's HUGE! No problem if using an entertainment center, but could pose difficulties if you try to put it on top of a TV. WOW! I upgraded from an NHT Audio Center One that I bought a few years ago. I was concerned moving from such a detail oriented speaker as NHT, but my worries were in vain. The RC-7 is fantastic. The huge enclosure is certainly a precursor to gigantic sound. The voices are rich and lifelike without any distortion. I highly recommend this center channel if you are using Klipsch reference speakers for your front channels. Strength:
Deep bass, full soundstage, very effecient. This is as full of a center channel speaker as I have heard. Non-fatiging, and great soundstage. I replaced my RC-# with this unit and I heard things in movies I had not before. This is paired with Klipsch klf-20''''s for mains, RF-3II''''s for surrounds, and the RC-3 for rear. Sub is a ksw-15. This center compliments the mains perfectly. Al of this without completely breaking in yet!!! Similar Products Used: Klipsch RC-3, B & W |

Strength:
Transparent audio - no boxiness or coloration. The RC-7 delivers smooth, voice-like sounds and makes viewing movies much more enjoyable. An added bonus is the good audio reproduction for music. |
