Strength:
Easily Mountable Tuned Bass Ports Centers Size/Shape Sound Clarity
Weakness:
When mounted using the bracket connected to the speaker, the Bass Ports are almost flush against the wall, sometimes producing muddy bass, this can be avoided if they are being used on shelves, or have a better wall mount. These speakers are incredibly good at the price. Anyone who is looking for excellent sounding bookshelve speakers, or center speaker, or everything these are what you have been looking for. The bass is good for the size of the woofers, and each speaker has a tuned bass port. The center reproduces excellent vocals and the highs are disturbingly clear. I tested these speakers vs a pair of Bose 201's (same woofer/tweeter size, 200$) and a Bose center speaker. These speakers had just as much bass response, higher highs, and clearer mids, they also handle much more power. Similar Products Used: Pyle PHST89 Pyle PHS88 |
