Strength:
sound
Weakness:
very heavy, you will need a good rack, too heavy to sit on top of tv This is a review for the Revolution centre. Superb open large sound, very neutral & goes very low for a centre speaker.Bought to compliment R3s & really does so well indeed. Similar Products Used: yamaha |

Weakness:
Compression at high volumes This is the third centre channel speaker I have owned. Admittedly, my ears are biased toward the european speakers with strength in the mid range, but I was very impressed by how dynamic this speaker could be! The first time I heard by itself, I honestly thought there was a small sub-woofer running somewhere in the room! Similar Products Used: Aaron, Energy |

Strength:
punch,overall sweet sound
Weakness:
none so far. no problems here.after months of debate,i decided on the mc,to match my c-8's.this center is smooth, used with my harmon kardon avr 100,and dvp-ns400d.i hated my ec100,i thought it had beautiful sound effects, but terrible dialog.im talking turn it up stupid load to here a soft passage, ridiculous.anyways that problem is history with the mc.i recommend. I bought the MC to match my M4. While the bigger M4's are made in UK, the MC is made somewhere in eastern Europe; and the quality differences really show. The M4's are clear and sweet while the MC sounds suppressed and colored. Nonetheless, in a DD5.1 configuration where its primary function is to reproduce dialogs, it does its job. |
