Strength:

none!!!

Weakness:

Box, Drivers and crossover network

These speakers are crap! My nephew was scammed in a parking lot told they were worth $800.00 a piece. He brought them to me for my opinion. The box isn''t even particle board they are a thick masonite with a wood print vinyl cover. All the drivers are no name there is no insulation to speak of. There is a cross over network to my surprise, not much of one though. The sound is very hollow and boxy with awful midrange. I''m going to replace the crossover network and the midrange add some insulation and seal the port to see if I can tighten things up.

Strength:

Lots of bass, mid range and highs. Very nice sounding.

Weakness:

rather large and heavy but understandably so.

I''ve read quite a few interesting reports in regards to these white-van scam speakers but truly find these speaker enjoyable. I purchased these thru an estate sale, so I can say that I was riped off. I think the whole deal with these speakers is that many buyers have there pride hurt when they realize that they''ve been "conned". Be weary of these strange (back of truck) sales tactic.
