These speakers are only suited for lighter styles. Play something with strong basslines and the woofers attempt to escape from the boxes, sounding farty even at reasonable volumes. If you have wider musical horizons look elsewhere: ProAc, MA and Celestion can do much better in terms of versatility. |

Strength:
compact design
Weakness:
Bad design and lousy workmanship I wrote a review on this speaker two years ago. It has been quite an enjoyable experience listening to them. Its sonic performance was great ... but after several months I spotted hissing sound when playing plain piano music! Evenually I found out from its dealer that the problem was common due to the design of its reflex driver. My speakers have been in & out for repair three times and still can't get a good fix. My advice to any potential buyer of this speaker is "BETTER BE CAREFUL!!!" Similar Products Used: ProAc |
