Strength:
very rich looking speakers, dark cherry wood
Weakness:
dont know of any well this is not exactly a review but more of a look for help from viewers. I received the 600L series 3years ago with all papers and lost the papers and broke up with ex who was the one interested in them. I want to sell the speakers but don't understand all the hoopla on the scam that was going on. I dont know how to verify that my speakers are authentic but i really am not into speakers and need to get rid of them to help pay bills. The speakers were only out of the box for a few months before i moved and packed them back up leaving them in a box ever since, havent had time to figure out the scam situation so i can rid myself of these speakers. They are very nice dark cherrywood, any one with information or interest please contact me on my email, thiknlikngud@yahoo.com. thank you Similar Products Used: not sure, very nice though |

Strength:
Wonderful dark, rich, and warm sound coming from the speakers. I don't listen to many screaming-high guitar solos, but I do listen to all kinds of music and some of the super-high classical music I have listened to on them has sounded wonderful. I haven't taken them apart, and don't plan to. They sound wonderful.
Weakness:
When you push the bass extremely loud the screws holding it into the mount tend to come a little loose every now and then. All you have to do is screw them back in tight and then there are no problems. Other than the screws I haven't found any noticeable differences. Maybe I'm the crazy one of the bunch but I find these speakers to compete with some of the other big-boys out there. No, I'm not saying they can compete with X-1 Grandd Slamms, or those other $80,000 speaker sets, but they definitely sound atleast as-good, if not better, than Cerwin-Vega, Bose, KLH, and all the other guys. I don't know what all of this is about back of van deals and such, but I have a suspicion that there has been a company running a knock-off scam of these speakers. So far from what I've been able to figure out, the speakers that are rated with a good sound from dogg have a name-plate that says "DOGG" in large capital letters on it, but all of the bad scam ones have "Digital" written on the name-plate in funny text. I don't know exactly what is going on with these speakers, but I think that a highly-illegal imatation company has come on the scene and done some pretty bad things here. I have a pair of Dogg speakers that have DOGG printed on the name-plate and they are simply amazing. The are especially great for those who love a bass-mid warm sound. I have found MY pair of Dogg's to be completely satisfying and I plan on getting another pair as long as I can verify the quality of them first.
