weak mid range

I need your help. I have a pair of old Epicure EPI 110c speakers. Or did have a working pair. My movers destroyed the foam bunting on the woofer and now they are innoperative. The company is willing to repay me for the original value but brought up to todays inflation prices. Can any of you give me an idead of how much these 2-ways could have cost back then? And what someone would pay for them now? I may be able to buy a pretty nice set of speakers on the moving companies money! I appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.
