Excellent bass; Crystal clear highs

By far, these speakers have performed the best apart from the others that I have tried. I have them powered by a Harman/Kardon Receiver and accompanied them with an Infinity Center, Infinity rear surrounds, and a Velodyne CT-80 subwoofer. The system sounds superb for casual music listening and for 5.1 DVD's. I'm looking to buy another pair to replace my small surrounds. So if anyone wants to sell me a pair in good condition, please email me.

Let me qualify this right now, I do not consider myself an audiophile, I am a musician however, so I like to think I know a good sound when I hear it.

These puppies are simply awesome. From deep unmuddied bass to delicate details in the high frequencies, it is all rendered here with a superb sonic clarity. I love em, I bought em today after hearing Pink Floyds (which one IS pink?) Time played through them at the store - that clinched it. Yes, they could be described as a little harsh in the highs - I saw that at the store when powered by some amps. I married these with a Sony (told you I'm no audiophile) STR-DE935 Reciever which seems to temper the speakers some.

I'm happy anyway. So, if my opinion changes over time I'll be sure to come back and update. OK, so I got these for $400 the pair, including $100 off for being a floor model. They were recently put on sale too. The guy in the store said they were selling for $350 not long ago - I'm not surprised. Check these out at your dealer.

Clean, clear sound with great range and good volume output

Could perhaps use a little more treble, but the treble that it does put out is superb

These speakers sound extremely rich and have a great range. I can hardly tell the difference in sound with and without a subwoofer. I have these hooked up to a Harman-Kardon AVR7000 receiver and they sound fantastic for DVDs and for music. The only thing they lack that more expensive speakers have is some more treble however you can always turn your treble output up and they will have no problems meeting your demands. Definately the best value-for-money I've ever had in a set of speakers. They seem well made, look nice, and I don't think I'll ever grow out of their sound.

very clean sound very little distortion 200 watts should be enough deeper base than expected always happy with infinity

they still dont make my wife happy

i would recommend these speakers if you get a good deal like i did otherwise stick with some sonys for the money these speakers work very well if you like watching movies especially DVDS

Good Tight bass good midrange, fair treble

Combine with the cc-3 center channel speaker and it will fool you. You'll think you are listening to expensive audio equipment.

Great midrange with smooth highs due too it's silk dome tweeter.

Could have more low end. Great with powered sub.

Great value at $249ea. I have them hooked up to a Yamaha reciever with a BU80 powered sub. I enjoy the system very much and with what I have spent, I get alot of bang for the buck.
