Strength:
Deep bass, low cost, clear treble. Deep bass in a small size box. Clear treble. Excelent cost x benefit rate. Playing a CD of frequencies this loudspeaker started to answer to lower frequencies previous to my Technics SB-AS60 subwoofer! Detail, clarity This is my second review. I had to admit that straight from the box, this speakers have a tendency to become bright at high level listening but after a few months of use, i guess it has already broken-in as others may say, things become better as it now sounds improved. Very much improve, the mids are well defined, i'm so impressed by it's clarity and the highs are now softer and the edginess is gone. My system now comprises of this unit as my main front, the Jamo 18 as my center for tonal balance and B&W DM302 for surrounds. I really don't expect loud bass from this unit because of it's size but if you're using a strong amps, this baby wont let you down. You'll hear solid window rattling lows which really upsets my significant other. It can really take the beating. I'm now more satisfied with it and if I may suggest the use of good cables and match with a moderate Subs will complete a good sounding modest system. Similar Products Used: B&W DM302 |

Excelent sound at all frequencies.
Weakness:
I can't find a weakness :-) I bought the speakers for only 70 Euro from a friend of mine. I think it's the best buy I have done in years. The speakers have a fantastiv sound. Strength:
The 68 delivered accurate MIDs and Highs but has a tendency to become bright as you increase volume. Bass from 200 hZ and up is solid without sounding too boomy. Overall It's a good buy for it's price.
Weakness:
Tendency to become bright at high volume. Overall, I find the speaker accurate from Mid bass to high however if you intend to add DB, It has a tendency to be too bright. Accuracy and imaging is acceptable. It's a steal. Similar Products Used: Mordaunt Short |

I upgraded from the bose 301 rom 1977(which are great speakers lots of low end).To the Jamo 68's. They have the standard five way connectors for cable and Banana plugs. The first thing I noticed with the Jamo was the incredible Detail they put out, bright warm soft highs, nice mids, and nice and soft rumbling lows. |
