I love the speakers, I have never had a speaker that was so engaging . The detail and timbre are so detailed and natural, the piano , strings, drum backup singers in Kenny Rogers "We can love the world away" are so right in placement and inner detail. The bass is taunt and tight, I do not have a subwoofer for it,but I happy with the response on the low end. I did play"Disc Wars" and it had no problem handling the low end equipment : Sony Ta-f333esg

Smooth, musical sweet highs, beautifully smooth, clear and melodic midrange and tuneful, tight, deep low bass.

This is one very nice sounding set of speakers, there doesn't seem to be many reviews of the C607's, I listened to so many speakers when looking it got to where they all started to run together, don't get me wrong there were many that were excellent by when I heard the C607's they were more dynamic then the others and the price was right.
