Strength:
Nothing! Except for the design...
Weakness:
Everything! Compared to the price these speakers sounds like S***!!! So i bought the Jamo D870 and they sound ten times better and they are cheaper aswell!! Dont buy this crap, you only pay for the design, buy the excellent Jamo D870 instead! Similar Products Used: B&W, Dali, Jamo .... |

Strength:
A very natural sounding loudspeaker. Beautiful design.
Weakness:
I would have liked even more depth. I heard this speaker in the demonstration room of my dealer in comparison with the JBL 10 K and for more than 4 weeks in my own living room, where I can compare this speaker with my Ti 3000, which I own for six years. The Ti 3000 is a very good speaker, it’s only weaknesses are it can be a bit harsh with violins and I should have liked more depth. So the Ti 6K is a dream come true. Strings are excellent, more depth, very tight bass and good integration. Also a more natural sound. It is a better speaker than my good old Ti 3000, so I don’t agree with Michael Poon in his review of the Ti 10 K. I don’t know how they did it, but the Ti 6K has deeper bass than the Ti 3000, even though it’s much smaller. In the demonstration room the Ti 10 K was a little bit better than the Ti 6K but only slightly so and it was a very big speaker, even to big for the dealer’s room. The difference between the Ti 10K and the 6K was much smaller than between the 6K and the Ti 3000, so I have decided to keep the Ti 6K. Definitely 5 stars! B.T.W, who has experience with the Ti 1K centre? I thought the Ti 2K were very nice for surround, but I’ am not sure about the Centre. And I don’t understand why JBL should use (doped?) paper cones in such a innovative loudspeaker design. Similar Products Used: JBL Ti 3000 for more than six years. |

Strength:
Unbelievable definition and clarity. Good bass. Superb for both music aswell as home cinema.
Weakness:
Absolutely nothing wgen it comes to the sound. But i should cost more so that people buying high-end speakers, will take thes into the equation. These speakers are nothing short of amazing, the clarity and definition especially in the midrange, tweeter area are second to none in the sub $ 7000,- range. I testet a lot of speakers before picking these. The impression i was left with is that although the others, such as the Virgo 2 are alright performers, they are just in a class below these JBL`s. I do not understand why these speakers are priced so low, but if you are interrested in great sound that will amaze you when listening to music, and produce the big sound that you need for home theater, then audition these.
