Strength:

Everything, espescially the reduced cost

Weakness:

the weight- but what do you expect

Just an amazing speaker. Very efficient, clean sound. Music sounds good at all volumes, not just loud (although it excels at high volumes!). They match the C7 center channel just perfectly.

Of course, poorly produced CDs are very evident with these speakers.

The KLF10's are fine speakers in their own right. They do tend to be a little muddled in the mid's, but this a flaw that is easily overlooked with the right kind of EQ. I purchased a pair just as the mahoganies were being discontinued so I got a really good price on them($600). If it whasn't for that I would have probably gone for the 20's simply based on there better mid tones.
Overall a good speaker for the value, but beware, with horns, you either love'em or hate 'em.

i bought these speakers at costco, i couldn't belive they would have such nice speakers at such a low price, i had to get them! they put out plenty of bass, and so much clarity that even the neighbors 75 yards away, across the street said that they thought their stereo was on! overall the best deal for quality speakers i've seen and im always lookin for a deal!

I also must express the opinion that the difference between the KLF-10 and the KLF-20 is huge and ABSOLUTELY worth paying the difference for (and in Australia that is $1000 !!)
The 10's mids are just so harsh, they began to hurt my ears after a while. Any female vocalist picks this up immediately... compare, you will hear the difference.

Nice speaker for the price. I paid $750.00. It will match any speaker in the $1200.00 and under range. A loud thunderous speaker that is sure to rattle every floor and wall in your house. Can be played as both surrond sound or in 2channel equally as effective. I would suggest to anyone in this price range to give this speaker a listen, you will not be sorry you did!

The KLF10 is a speaker that can do any job that your music taste may ask of it. Lots of bass, mids that are not too harsh and high's from the Klipsch will blow you away. I paid $799.00 not too bad from the retail of $1100 Klipsch is a name that has been putting top of the line audio equipment out for many years and with this speaker they have a true winner that will be around for many, many more years.
