Bought these some 10 months ago. The sound is "just right", they have to be heard. Midrange is smooth and very lifelike. Imaging is superb. As a bonus, the wood-veneer finish is beautiful.
Listen to these before you buy loudspeakers!

Money saving tip - do not buy in the UK - they rip us off! I bought these in Singapore, and cannot understand how they can cost 65% of the UK price after being shipped half-way around the world.

Sound

The bass is lacking in clarity and certainly is boomy with no real extension. The midrange is okay but slightly on the harsh side. The treble is incessently foreward and too directional. They are, however, built very well and on looks alone appeal.
