Decent sound without distortion even at quite high output. Economical too!!!

Lack of bass in a very annoying manner. Nothing below 60Hz. Definetely needs a sub.

Firstly i was quite dissapointed about what i heard when i put them side to side next to my B&W 302. Those speakers are less sensitive, lack bass and you definetely cannot set them as main speakers without a sub, even in a small room. Although after a while i got used to them at their natural role: play decent background music without any big complaint for anything special (except bass, but that was solved as i installed my second sub afterwards). Anyway you get what you pay for, and for 75$ didn't find anything better.

For the price these speakers make fine rear speakers to compliment my 5.1 system.
