Audiophile
Strength:
Extroadinary dynamics, holographic soundstage, small footprint, effortless and accurate midrange, airy top, full tight bottom end.
Weakness:
Timbral accuracy After intensely listening to the Wilson Watt Puppy 6's for eight months I've come to conclude they are without a doubt at the top of the heap in terms of overall listening satisfaction in the 20K price range. I stress the importance of matching the "right" electronics with these or any other high end speakers. My 6's are used with the following equipment: Audio Research Reference 2 preamp, Mark Levinson 336 amp, and Theta Gen. Va DAC. This combination will give you as spacious and realistic musical presentation as you are to find today. Similar Products Used: Amati Homage |

Strength:
Soundstaging, resolution and dynamics
Weakness:
Extremely sensitive to room placement and associated equipment When set up properly, these are the best speakers of all times! What more needs to be said? Like many fine musical instruments, special attention has be to paid to tuning(best with help of a good dealer) to give maximum performance.
