Well, it was time for an upgrade, damn it. Klipsch and their great speakers are addicting. Firstly my dimensions of my Man Cave are 14x17, carpeted with a 8.5 ft ceiling. Previously had the Klipsch SL (5 Spks) and their 12 in Synergy Sub. Sold that system for $500 and picked up the following system used in excellent condition for $750. After hearing the difference, I should have paid twice as much. Went from a 5.1 system to a 7.1.

I bought these speakers to compliment some of the older synergy s2 I own as well as the ksw-10 and 12 subs for my home theater surround. It was either these or a set of vintage heresy I for my fronts. I chose these because you know what you are getting with these speakers. From the moment I hooked them up, running the two wires to drive the tweeters seperate from the mids, I was impressed. They sound super clean and can produce more clean volume than I can stand. I power them with my Onkyo THX 7.1 reciever, they sound awesome. I listened to every CD in my collection. It was like hearing them for the first time all over again. Everything from Classic, Jazz to Heavy Metal sounds fantastic with these speakers. If you are looking for a great sounding speaker that will make you throw rocks at your Bose system, here they are. Lot of bang for the $900 buck if you ask me. |

Strength:
timbre like you would not believe. excellent imaging. and last but not least the name Klipsch. That my friends says it all
Weakness:
none none I would like to take this time to change my first review on this system because i did get the S-3 surrounds from best buy and I'm here to say I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!! it is with out a doubt the best speaker package i have ever owned. lots and lots of room for all the power you need. my onkyo integra is 75 watts per channel and it will hurt you there is sound coming out of the walls. but any way I hope my last review did not alter any one this purchase! because you will love them Customer Service Very good and very patient with my very big mouth. you can believe me I shot my mouth off for absolutely nothing Similar Products Used: Bic America, Bose, Yamaha, and even some old Radio Shack back before a center and surrounds were needed |

Strength:
- Great at high and low volumes (especially high :) 150 watts!)
Weakness:
I have bought them in ´cherry wood´. According to me, it is´nt cherry wood but a cherry print. The Klipsch F3 speakers are the best speakers I´ve ever had.
Customer Service Great service from BestHomeCinema.nl, excellent price and fast delivery. (within 3 days) Similar Products Used: No floorstanding speakers, but monitors like wharfedale delta 50 |

Strength:
Very efficient speakers. Even though they don't require massive amounts of power to
Weakness:
none I have my F3's hooked up to an HTR5890 Yamaha reciever in a medium sized living room and let me tell ya- these babies will play loud! I am very used to being around loud music, but these speakers put out all I can handle and more. They are very efficient speakers so they don't need an exeptional amount of power to drive them. My Yammie will put out 120 wpc of clean power and that is well more then enough to get ear spliiting decibels out of them. Even at these levels they perform effortlessly and seem to beckon for even more power. I don't love them just because the can really put out the SPL's, they sound great period.

Strength:
Decent bass. Look impressive - Your friend will be impressed until they hear them.
Weakness:
Lacking warmth. Nothing memorable about the sound. Way overpriced. I've heard this sytem on two occasons and the last was for over 3 hours so I feel qualified to write a review on this system.

Strength:
Loud. Decent bass. They look cool - You're friends will be impressed, until they hear them.
Weakness:
So many. Way over priced. Total lack of midrange richness. Empty sounding. I’ve heard this set-up twice and once for an extended amount of time at a friend’s home. Both times I noticed the same characteristics. Since I've listened to them for about 4 hours I feel I'm qualified to give a review. At first listen they sound and look impressive. But after a few minutes I noticed something was missing.
