Strength:

For the money, they will beat most monopoles, bipolars & some diploes to a pulp. The Scripts must be set-up properly to your ear height. That may included an afternoon of tweaking but once you get there you will not turn back. You will pull young & old recordings out to see what you have missed.I used the Carver TFM-42 & 35X for fronts & Carver Av-705X for the sourrounds. The head unit was a Denon AVR-5700.

Weakness:

Spending time with tweaking for soundstage & envelopement.

I've had the Martin-logan Scripts for over 2 yrs now.I use the Scipts as mains. In order to get the max benefit from these work horses,I raised them off the floor about 43" & at least 1 ' away from the sides & back of the wall.Toed-in and a lot of patience(should use a friend)to create a triangle between you & the fronts, for example;if the speakers are 8 ft apart, your listening spot should be 8' with you being 4' in between & 8' back is a good starting point. After placing one of my favorite artist(Seal- "Dreaming In Metaphors")& tweaking for about 30 mins, the soundstage opened with Seal standing dead center of the sweet-spot & his band was across the frontal soundstage & behind me as though I had the 5ch botton on.These speakers were intened for surround but with time & patience they were excellent as mains. The headroom was also great with these dipoles. The Martins produced soundstage, depth, layers of dimensions unheard of by me before now.If you can found them-buy them, you will not be disappointed.
