Strength:

Good on both Music/Movies
Separating and far-reaching
the MAF-switch 'overrun'-chip
+
Absolutely stunning build quality at this pricelevel. Everybody, go for the black glossy finish ;)

Maybe not a strength to someone, but to me: Many test wins in nordic Hifi -magazines, and chosen the SubWoofer of the year in Sweden.)

Weakness:

Re-echoing at high freq.
BUT--under this pricelevel, I think it's NONE. Reviews and test results can verify this!

Have to be honest. My english isn't so good, so I'll just try to write clean and non-techical review. ;)

Well, after reading and studying throughout all the reviews, it was time to choose between finalists. There were 3 options: MJ Acoustics Reference 100, Rel Quake Q108 and Audio Pro B1.36 ______________________________________________________

MY choise was AUDIO PRO, and what comes to it, definitely NO regrets! This AudioPro model has the 'overrun' chip, which controls the woofer, so that it cannot shoot itself broken. And it's pretty good. I slam my amplifier (almost) all a head and the sub automatically controls the woofer at to maximum bass and keeps it that way.
Sounds very tight and clean on music. It has pretty good freq range and resolution. On movies when you turn on the MAF-switch, i'll ram like you think it's way bigger than it actually is. Feels like you gotta more like an 15" sub than an 10", but still keeps the tightness. So the 'clean' pressure is big plus for this price.

(Goes to 27hz, it has 200w amp, autostandby, the pyramid underneath the pipe and 6kg more weight are the differences to old suberb sub AP B1.35)

COMPETITORS:
MJ Acoustics: Pretty nice, clean and winnowing bass, but goes 'only' to 32-35hz and you'll hear somethings missing.
Rel Quake Q108: Goes very deep 18hz. Very good sub for it's size, but boy if you wanna get even little pressure out of your sub to your home theater and you have bigger than 15 square room, this ain't your sub. I mean it, and so will the other guy who was audiotioning the sub with me.

GUYS: this was only my opinion and under this pricelevel presently ;) But I'm satisfied to my chose, clearly!
