Strength:

Bang for the Buck. Unintentional Transparency. Blending w/small Sat Spkrs.

Weakness:

Boominess. Woofer Bump at Hi Output Lev. Performance from Sub Out on A/V amp.

Performance/Price Ratio -Outstanding! Beat it with a stick; you can't.
Corner placement was genius.
Mad woofer bump from Sub Out on A/V Receiver. Scary. Much better using Spkr Lvl outs w/built-in crossover. Bit more wiring though.
Great blending for my little (Ensemble IV) sats, though.
However, underpowered amp for speaker. Does not have Wattage/Voicecoil/Transient Cone Combo to shoot grandpa out of the La-Z-Boy with a quick "WOOF!" in a HT explosion setting. Would like to see a few more watts matched with a voicecoil that could handle them. But I agree, 13th Warrior is rather Massive with the CSWBQ8.
Music-Schmusic. Any woof can sustain a long bass note.
Also gets woofy fast. Not a big range to work with, so blending with other spkrs is best strategy.
Buy it again w/same budget...hmm maybe. Might try JBL PB 10, ARS108PS, or Polk PSW120.
Next time, would Definitely like to mix with min. 6in. coffee can or a bit bigger box vol main and surrounds to better handle mids, low mids and high bass.
-or hey, maybe spend my Entire budget on a Sunfire Junior and use it as a doorstop.LOL
