Just got this off of CL for $175 and it is great. Just using it to fill out the low end of a 2nd room setup. No seperate speakers, just using in concert with the speakers on my TV and the sub out on the TV. Great fill! I can't comment on how low it can go, but in the less-than-ideal corner placement I've put it in it sounds good. The only problem I've had is figuring out how low to turn it so it sounds natural with the TV speakers.
