I first purchased this speaker for use as a center channel in a 5.1! For the money, this is an excellent speaker. The highs are criisp and clear and the midrange play fairly well. You will need a good fast subwoofer to blend nicely with this speaker! I rated the Fresco and overall 4 because I have also used the cinema and theatre center speaker as well! If you have the money for an upgrade, skip the cinema and jump for the Theatre center! You will not know the flaws in your current speaker untill you have heard the Theatre, its that good!
