Centre speaker on speech alone

This is my first venture into home cinema audio and so far am very impressed with the Yamaha speakers for the price and size of the units. I have hooked-up a Kenwood KRF-V7050D which is great with tones of features. The only reservation I have is with the sound quality on speech, I can't seem to get the warm richness I would like.

I got an Onkyo tx494 reciever connected to my Yamaha Speakers and the sound its pretty good, if your not looking to turn up the volume much, they sound great.
