Strength:
Best digital display on the market - you need to see it for yourself. Many display modes for display size. Can actually see fingerprint ridges on CSI in digital! 2 remotes. Intuitive over-the-air digital seek and set. Should be on your short list - you'll thank me!
Weakness:
Heavy Amazing TV. Upconverts regular signal to almost digital quality. The over-the-air digital signals are REMARKABLE with this TV. First rear projector I've seen at 65 inches that equals or beats the best tubes, so I bought it! CONSIDERABLY better pic than Sony and Mits (they get their guns from Hitachi!) First non-Sony TV I've bought in 25 years and couldn't be happier. Similar Products Used: Looked at everything on the market - digital, lcd, etc |

Strength:
Very clear picture.
Weakness:
Hard to get into the house, but that also depends on the size or type of house you have. I love this TV, my only problem was trying to get it in my house. Other than that it is GREAT! |

Strength:
Excellent PQ out of the box. Outstanding glare screen. Easily viewed in bright rooms. DVI and firewire inputs.
Weakness:
Significant Red Push. Poor integration and limited features of HDTV tuner. Excellent PQ, lots of inputs & best anti-glare screen available. Weak HDTV tuner integration. TWX or SWX are a much better value when coupled with a more feature rich external tuner. The thing that sets the XWX apart is the built-in over the air HDTV tuner. Unfortunately it is more of an internal tuner than an integrated tuner. You can not create seamless surf lists that include both HDTV and std channels (you have to manually switch antenna modes). Likewise, you can not manually add channels to the list which precludes using a rotator with your antenna. |
