Casual Listener

Strength:

Picture quality; lightweight for its size; self alignment.

Weakness:

The only complaint is that the setup isn't user friendly for the non-technical owner.

TV has been a great addition to our home. I have the 73 inch Diamond.

Customer Service

Haven't needed to use Sustomer Service. That is a good thing.
