The unit comes with in home service. (Thank goodness!)
Weakness:
service, service, service Update from previous review - the unit has been only trouble, constant convergence problems and now the unit died. The service rep had to remove the chassis and its been weeks out of the house. Pioneer service has been poor. |

Strength:
Beautiful cabinet, slolidly built, and excellent performance.
Weakness:
Remote This projection monitor displays an incredible picture. I love the aspect ratio because you get a full screen the majority of the time. Anamorphic WS DVD's are the best on this monitor, truly spectacular! Projects a very lifelike, filmlike picture. I am in "awe" everytime I'm watching something on this precision engineered monitor. I highly recommend it! 5 stars all the way. Similar Products Used: RCA |

Strength:
Beautiful cabinet, screen cover, PIP and of course picture.
Weakness:
None. This is the best projection TV I have seen and it will match or beat any HDTV picture. I bought this during a clearance sale for 50% off because the new model is HDTV ready, but according to Home Theatre mag, HDTV is a long way off! My wife thought I was crazy replacing our Hitachi but when she saw the picture see was convinced! Similar Products Used: Hitachi 46" projection. |

None Absolutely best projection tv on the market. Hands down, blows the doors off of competition. Well worth the extra money! Add a satellite and some high quality surround sound and forget going to the movies - your there! Most viewers dont even realize it's projection technology! This is what I'm talking about! Strength:
Great picture quality, well built, qualtiy exceeds that of the main steam manufactures.
Weakness:
Not HDTV If you can find an end of line or demo makes a great alternative to the RCA's Hitachi's or Toshiba's. If you compare the pix even HDTV the Pioneer is great. No one has a cabinet as nice, its a black lacquer. I found a demo my dealer had. |
