The television has great color and shapness. It has lots of ports. easily picks up HD channels through the rabbit ears. The price is right!

It took three tries before I finally got an RCA projection set that worked perfectly.

It took too long for parts to arrive from China or Mexico, the repairman explained.

I bought a 52' RCA projection television about 5-years ago. The television started having problems on the first day. RCA semt a repair-man to my home to repair the set. However, it took three months to acquire the parts for the set. Finally, afther three months the set was repaired. The set still continued to have minor problems, so I gave it to my mother who actually didn't mind having it.

I Know this sounds stupid, but I actually purchased another RCA profection set from Sam's Club. This time I bought a 56' set. The set had black spots on the screen and had to be returned. Sam's club was willing to exchange to set for another one. Finally after three tries I have an RCA television that performs better that Sony or Toshiba. The third projection set is excellent, and I recomment RCA to anyone.

Customer Service

RCA's customer service is great. They actually sent a repair man to my home 30-minutes after I called with a complaint.
