Strength:
Amazing picture quality no matter what source you are using. Tons of cool features.
Weakness:
None I moved up from my 27" TV to this monster. I will never regret it. I have had a fairly solid theater set up for some time except for the TV. I have not taken advantage of the HDTV capabilities yet. I have seen the 50" version run a HDTV signal and was very, very impressed. It pretty much looked like a high quality photograph on the screen. Actually I think it looked like a giant fish tank. I am running a c-band dish and external antenna. I have no complaints with the picture. I also have a dvd player that looks just fabulous when played on this big fella. I believe there are five sets of inputs (one in front and the others on the back). I am currently letting my Yamaha receiver do all the work. All my equipment is run to the Yamaha first and then to the TV. I love to drop a dvd in, turn out the lights, turn up the sound and experience the movie. If you are thinking of buying this unit, you will be very happy with your choice. |
