This was and is my first and only plasma... I have had it since 2003 and have never ever had any problems with it. I am very happy with the tv- only thing is I wish it was available in 1080p at that time; for the price I paid. Nonetheless- this tv has given me lots of satisfaction - and my family and I enjoy it very much.

Just what I wanted! didn't want to pay alot for new tech product so this set fit the bill. Has a built in tuner, that saved me some extra wires and anouter plug in!

customer suport was just bad. I had a replacement set broght to me after a weeks wait. The first 42 incher had a BIG short fall. it couldn't display a pictue. Just a green screen. Gateway was slow to provide the replacement and when they did, they had to keep both packing box's. I was not happy with them for that. I got a call about to weeks out from the replacement, from a customer servey person and after a few minutes of hearing my dissatisfaction with the replacement ordeal, the agent hung up on me. I was being kind to!

This has been a great T.V. Has a good pictue and has preformed well. The price was great too.

Was very poor! I personally wont buy anything from gateway again. My wife's computer has worked great and this replacement plasma T.V. has been the same. But The customer suport has turned me totally off to anything Gateway. Too bad to because I was a big bucks customer. Mybe they'll be nice to you.
