Quality I have never been as disappointed with a product as I have been with my Mitsubishi DLP TV. I thought I was buying a top of the line TV. Turns out this TV has defective capacitors and boards which are difficult to trouble shoot and costly to replace. I noticed the picture quality degrading after purchase. Eventually, the picture went completely out. I hired a local repair shop who replaced all the defective capacitors which worked for a couple of weeks. Now, I have the same problem and would be forced to start replacing boards at several hundred dollars a pop. After researching the problem I found hundreds of other consumers which experienced the exact problems I have. One can buy a similar TV for only $1,200 today and it no longer makes sense to keep sinking money into this defective product. Mitsubishi should be ashamed to produce TV's with a expected life of less than five years. This line of TV's should have been recalled and repaired at no charge to the consumer!!!!! Customer Service Provided replacement cable after being damaged during repair. Similar Products Used: Mitsubishi LCD Projector |
