I was terribly dissapointed in the Sharp company's customer service. The tv picture went out after 2 years and since it was outside of the manufacturer's warranty, they would do nothing about it, which, I understand, is well within their rights, I just think that a company oughtta stand behind their product a little longer than that, especially since it was a manufacturer defect. I would not reccomend buying a Sharp product because as you know, customer service means everyhting.
