I came across this TV online for $649 + tax w/free delivery so I dropped a few hints and got it as a Christmas gift and I'll tell you something, it's a great TV! After calibrating the picture using the individualized settings on http://www.tweaktv.com/, the color reproduction is very accurate with a great black level. The sound isn't awful although not it's far from great because TVs integrated speakers are never great, but once I connect it to my digital home theater system, I expect nothing less than spectacular sound!
