Everthing I bought this 43” TV from Amazon and received the product damaged. Since they have a NO RETURN POLICY on TV’s greater then 27” you have to deal with the manufacturer. In this case that is a joke. APEX customer service sucks worse than any company I have ever dealt with. You will be on hold for about an hour, then when you do reach a person they tell you that you have to take it up with Amazon because they shipped you a damaged product. Amazon stated “So sorry, you have to take this up with the manufacturer.” - You see how this was going. I finally got APEX to say they would send someone out to fix the TV but they estimate about a month for the TV tech to get there. This is a known trait from this company. Other complainants allege that merchandise is purchased defective, or malfunction shortly after purchase. Several complainants allege the company fails to pay on rebate offers associated with their products, or they experience delays in receiving back warranty items sent in for repair.” This link says it all. BE WARNED DON’T BUY FROM APEX! In my opinion this has to be the worst internet purchase I have ever made. |
