Panasonic's poor custumer service and lack of sulutions when a know problem existed... Since I have owned the set the overall picture has been great. the problem arose a little over a year after I purchased the TV (Panasonic CT34WX15). One day I remover my surround sound unit from the TV to use it in anothe room for a party, low and behold when I went to internal audio the set had no sound. After spending over a 100.00$ the unit was not fixed, the tech told me it was in the SSB board (about 2in x 2in plug-in board) and panisonic wanted 500.00$ for the board, he said panasonic corp. was arware of the problem but did not offer a solution for the issue. I spoke with panasonic, and again they were aware of the problem, due to the tube set going out of production and LCD's coming in thier only sulution was for me to buy a new set... Customer Service very poor |
