Good picture, nice sound and the ability to change sound matrix and Viewing modes.

unit died within 90 days, just wouldn''t stay on. Turn unit on and it would shut down by itself

I was very happy with this TV until it died for no reason within the first ninty days. The CS has been good and they are sending me a new one w/upgrade to S40 model
