I love the Guide Plus+ Gold feature. I love to use it and record my favorite shows. I think all televisions should come with this feature. The picture quality is amazing, as well as the sound. I beleive anybody who love to watch television or record their favorite shows should purchase this television.

There are 2 things that I have noticed about this TV that do not satisfy me: there is only 1 input and its in the back. Also, you must wait a day or so for the guide to download and come up. These are the only weaknesses I can speak of.

This is an amazing television. The first day, I set it up, which was very very easy, and instantly had an amazing picture with exceptional sound. I was surprised what a punch this television packed.

Customer Service

I have never used the customer service because I have never had any problems with the TV and it is very simple to set up and use. Therefore, I have no use for it. According to other reviews I have read, other consumers have enjoyed the customer service.
