Bought as a demo/floor model from my local Sears for $225, with about 17 months use on it at the store but with full warranty. Would have been a great deal if the set didn't have geometry problems. Sears sent a repair tech out to the house, but he said it was a factory defect and couldn't be fixed in the field. So I got a brand-new KV-27FV310 as a replacement for the same price - because the '300 is discontinued. Whoo-HOO! I'd say the KV-27FV300 would have rated about 4 Stars Overall, but it gets 1 Star Value Rating for being defective. Maybe that's not indicative of the '300 in general and thus is not fair, but it is my experience with that particular set. I'll review the '310 after it's had a chance to break-in.
