Strength:

Incredible smoothness, depth and soundstage improvements. Smooth, smooth mids and high frequencies. Built like a tank

Weakness:

None to speak of-Odd length if I was forced to come up with one

This is a tremendous product............a solution to getting stable, clean AC power that is a far cry from usual assortment of power conditioners.
The increased depth, soundstage, tighter bass, and instrument definition are astounding. I have installed the Multiwave upgrade and think it takes it takes the P300 up another notch or two.
This should be a must inclusion in any sytem (regardless of price). Like cables most people will not spend the money but..............they are missing the boat.
I plug all the source/pre equipment into it and have no heat problems.

Great build quality/performance from a fine company - I love this product!

Strength:

Solved my main system problem--lousy power.

Weakness:

Odd shape, didn't fit in rack. Crapped out after two weeks (bad transformer), but was repaired promptly by PS Audio.

I have a very seriuous power problem in my (older) neighborhood. The voltage varies from a low of 96 (measured) to a high of 114 almost every day. Any time the voltage drops below 108 or so, the BAT CD player would humm like a banshee. I didn't know that the power was the problem until I went thorugh my anquish with Viktor at BAT who told me to check my power. WEll, soon after I read a review of the PP300 and called PS Audio to give one a try.

All of my power problems were solved with the addition of the Power Plant. I run my MAC C-22 preamp, the BAT CD player and my Thorens 124 turntable through the PP300 and all perform flawlessly.

As far as any "sonic" imporvments to my system all I can tell you is that the backgrownd seems much, much darker and the music is more well "defined," if that's a good term. I seem to notice smaller details with the Power Plant than without, especially at low to moderate volume levels.

So, for the the PP300 was a life-saver, so I'm giving it 5-stars.
