Strength:
Clarity
Weakness:
None This is a great speaker. I have been using this for the center channel only and it has done a fantastic job. I wouldn't hesitate to use it for the left and right channels too. I now know why it is so important to get a decent center channel. There are so many sounds that come through the center channel that I hadn't noticed before when using a cheaper center channel. When watching DVD's this speaker really shines. I also use it a lot for pro-logic music listening and it sounds great. To the person that said it sounded harsh....it does at first but after broken in it really improves and loses it's harshness. I have this matched with a Yamaha RX-795, Monitor 7's and a Def. Tech 15PFTL sub which all sound great together. |

Strength:
Clarity, Soundstage, Price
Weakness:
None. After listening to other speakers I found the 350s to be clear even at loud listening levels. Soundstage is huge. The are not overly bright but are crisp enough to reproduce symbols and bell sequence in Telarc 1812 with incredible realizm. Matches up well with the Denon 3300. At a price that is unbeatable. none that I am aware After reading this site for about a month I went looking for paradigm. I am new to this having bought all previous stereo gear at Circuit City likes. The sound is great. I have 3 on front. I am saving to buy 2 more for the back or perhaps minimonitors for the back. My set up: Similar Products Used: infinity-bose |

Strength:
Solid build, good mids and soundstage
Weakness:
lack of highs. Well I bought 3 of them for the fronts and was pleased for the money. They are good for beginners interested in hometheater. But for music they lack highs, have a weak tweeter. I compared them to the kefs and the LCRS sounded dead. Anywayz there more suited for hometheater use. Similar Products Used: Kefs, bose |

I just complimented my 7 month old Paradigm Monitor 9's with an LCR-350 for a centre channel. I had to special order it since my local dealer doesn't usually carry it. I purchased the LCR model instead of the CC-350 because it looks much more like the Monitor series that the rather ugly (but technically identical) CC-350. Also, for some reason, the LCR was a bit cheaper than the ugly CC. I paid $310 Cad. for one, but the going rate was $350. I'm assuming it would cost about $300 in the US. Build quality is absolutely fantastic too, I wouldn't be suprised to see a speaker of this calibre costing much more (Such as the PSB Stratus C5 and C6). |

As and audiophile for 20 years I been exposed to many great speakers in time. The most I liked in all this time where the B&W speakers, but since going to a relatives house last sunday I was introduced to the Paradigm LCR-350 from the monitor series, was I in shock. After all the years of listening I think I miss something, the LCR-350 had a sound so huge and so detail on the top end that when my cousin told me there price I almost fainted. I cant belive the sound on them, I have the B&W matrix 601 and call me crazy but I am makeing the move to the monitors. Sure I will have to buy a very good subwoofer because the LCR-350 need that extra help on the very low ends, remember my B&W went down to 30hz and the paradigm go 45hz but still had a very good bass extension. The LCR-350 sounded so detailed and sweet on music ( my true love ) that I had to have them. I cant understand how paradigm made a true audiophile speaker for $375 each. On home theater they blew my friends and me one night at home hearing the movie Armagedon that I buy yesterday. So for the money its a great, great speaker matching the so call high end speakers for thousands of dollars. |
